Also disclosed is method for production of abovementioned compounds by interaction of 1,2,3-tris[hydroxypoly(alkyleneoxy)]-propanes with monochloroacetic acid in presence of acetic catalyst in medium of boiling organic solvent with azeotropic removing of formed water followed by treatment at heating of obtained product in polar solvent medium with aliphatic amines of formula R¹R²R³N, wherein R¹=R²=H; R³= CH₂CH₂NH₂, CH₂CH₂OH or with heterocyclic amines (pyridines) of formula , wherein R⁵=H, CH₃, or with mixture of morpholine and pyridine in molar ratio of hydroxy propane derivative: monochloroacetic acid:morpholine:pyridine = 1:3.0-3.2:1.0-2.1:1.0:2.1, respectively. Total amount of morpholine and pyridine is 3-3.2 moles.
