SUBSTANCE: one should dissect altered Valsalva's sinuses followed by narrowing and strengthening a fibrous ring of aortic valve due to implanting a strip out of vascular prosthesis from outside with previously applied two purse-string sutures. Then it is necessary to decrease the diameter of fibrous ring due to tightening two purse-string sutures upon a pattern of 25 mm introduced into an outlet tract of left ventricle. Prosthetics of Valsalva's sinuses should be fulfilled separately, each - with separate sinus prosthesis cut according to the pattern of multipurpose sinus. Moreover, sinuses' prosthetics should be carried out due to suturing in the prostheses of sinuses. Moreover, it is important to start from the site that corresponds to inferior site of the sinus, at continuing towards both sides up to the upper sites of commissures, at the level of which it is necessary to dissect sutured in prostheses of sinuses in horizontal direction that corresponds to the level of new sinotubular crest at the level of which one should form anastomosis of sutured in prostheses of sinuses and vascular aortic prosthesis. The innovation enables to simplify the technique of operation, decrease the risk for the progressing of aortic failure in remote period, decrease the risk for the development of hemorrhage and prevent the lesion of valvular folds.
