FIELD: medicine; cardiosurgery.

SUBSTANCE: excised tissues of the ascending aorta, sinuses of Valsalva and compromised aortic valve cusps are excised. Valve-containing conduit is formed intraoperatively at the stage before cardiac arrest. That is ensured by measuring the diameter of the dacron vascular prosthesis (D), which is determined based on the previously measured diameter of the fibrous ring of the aortic valve, to which is added 5 mm. Then, the dacron vascular prosthesis is dissected along. Thereafter, intersectional spacing (a) is calculated in manufactured valve-containing conduit by formula: a=0.87(D−2.5). Thereafter, according to the calculated inter-commission distance, a template Ozaki is selected, by means of which three identical leaflets are cut out of autopericardium. Then, the cut out autopericardial neoleaflets are fixed to the dacron vascular prosthesis with a continuous blanket suture with polypropylene thread. Integrity of the prosthesis is restored with a continuous blanket suture. Artificial blood circulation is started, all changed aortic root structures are excised, and the produced conduit is implanted with fixation of the proximal end with U-sutures to the aortic ring.

EFFECT: method enables restoring an individual anatomical configuration similar to a natural aortic root, avoiding the use of anticoagulant preparations.
