FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for intraoperative positioning of aortic valve cusps in valve-preserving aortic root replacement. Device for intraoperative positioning of aortic valve cusps in valve-preserving aortic root replacement includes an adjustable proximal ring with a scale reflecting the diameter of the ring, commissure holders and an adjustable distal ring with a scale reflecting the ring diameter value, wherein each ring is made with possibility of adjusting the diameter by means of the ring drive. Adjustable proximal ring and adjustable distal ring are arranged in parallel and connected to each other by three vertical extensible posts, each of which is made of two articulated panels with possibility of longitudinal movement of one panel inside the other one. At the ends of each vertical extensible post there are attachments to the adjustable proximal and distal rings. In the upper part of each of the attachments of the extensible posts on the side of the adjustable distal ring there is a T-shaped radial cutout for fixing the threads, in which a T-shaped silicone element is placed. On the lateral side of each extensible post there is a scale for setting the height of the device.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher efficiency of aortic valve cusps reimplantation into a vascular prosthesis during aortic root replacement surgery with aortic valve reimplantation by simplifying selection of vascular prosthesis of optimum diameter in patients with aneurysm and/or dissection of root and ascending aorta, as well as facilitating trial positioning of the aortic valve cusps inside the vascular prosthesis in different positions.
