SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Aortic valve cusp height (Hc) determination is performed using multispiral computed tomography. Then, based on the height of the sash, the diameter of the distal end of the prosthesis is calculated (DP1´):DP1´=2Hc; diameter of the prosthesis in the middle part (DP2´):DP2´=1.25×DP1´, diameter of the proximal end of the prosthesis (DP3´):DP3´=0.68×DP2´.

EFFECT: method allows to recreate and preserve the structures and geometry of the aortic root for optimal, physiological operation of the aortic valve, even with pronounced pathological changes in the aortic root and aortic valve cusps.
