FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the osteotomy of a proximal fragment of the femoral bone above an attachment point of an inferior posterior portion of the hip joint capsule and external hip rotators. The femoral head and neck are removed to form thereby a proximal bone fragment with the attached external hip rotators and the inferior posterior portion of the hip joint capsule limited by a line of the trochanteric fracture and the osteotomy line. Hip implant components are placed. The proximal bone fragment is fixed with the attached external hip rotators and the inferior posterior portion of the hip joint capsule to the femoral bone by wire sutures. The hip implant is reset.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the hip implant stability.
