FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has main tube having an additional tube attached to it. Valve mechanism is available on proximal part of the additional tube for controlling liquid supply and connected to pump of 4-5 atm via hose. The distal part of the hose is curved so that bend is at the level of distal main tube end. Clock stone having hole of 0.2 mm diameter is available in additional tube lumen 2-4 mm proximally with respect to the tube bend. Distal portions of both tubes are enclosed into cylindrical nozzle 16-20 mm diameter and 3-4 cm large height with two circular grooves of 6-7 mm in width and to 3 mm in depth dividing the cylinder into three equal parts. Spherical recess having hole in bottom is available on distal cylinder end. Four openings are available on proximal bevel in front of each other. Distal section of the additional tube opens at on the distal nozzle bevel. The nozzle is fixed in a way that distal section of the main tube is positioned on the boundary separating its middle and upper one/third.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced suction effect manifestations.
