DISTRIBUTING DEVICE FOR FEEDING WATERING LIQUID TO SPRAYERS OF CUTTING CROWN TOOL Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E21C35/23 

FIELD: engineering of cutting crowns for mining machines, namely, sector distributing device of transverse-axial cutting crown of driving mining machine of selective action with sprayers for feeding watering liquid under pressure, possible use for suppressing dust and cooling down the tool.

SUBSTANCE: in distributing device, immobile shaft, held in the body, by one end is fastened in slot bushing, by second end is positioned inside the internal recess made in lid, in middle part is mounted in bearing and has central channel outlet below end internal hollow of lid. At least four through channels, parallel to central channel, are made in the ceiling, positioned around the circle and connected by additional channels to radial channels and to sprayers of each tool. Channels in the lid are coaxially connected to through channels in rotating ring with their possible gradual opening during rotation of cutting crown due to sector recess, having closed shape and made on the end surface of distributing ring with preservation of constant contact with rotary ring across the rest of closed end surface.

EFFECT: increased safety of cutting crown during feeding of watering liquid under pressure to sprayers.
