FIELD: compositions fro human consumption containing creatine and creatinine.

SUBSTANCE: aqueous composition contains dissolved creatine and creatinine in amount sufficient to keep dissolved creatine in essentially stable form. At least 75 % of creatine containing in composition is stable in storage process at 2-50°C for at least 30 days, and composition has pH 2.5-8.5. Creatinine content in composition is ab anitio and doesn't increase in storage process due to creatine conversion to creatinine. Method for production of aqueous composition includes blending of aqueous medium with creatine and treatment of obtained solution in acceptable condition to convert at least part of creatine to creatinine. Creatinin amount obtained by this method is sufficient to keep creatine in composition in essentially stable form. In another embodiment method includes preparation of creatine solution, creatinine solution and blending thereof to produce claimed composition. In another embodiment method includes preparation of solid creatine and solid creatinine in single liquid composition and blending of two solid substances and dissolution thereof in aqueous solution to produce claimed composition.
