FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting the adequacy in perceiving the quality of life in patients with psychosomatic diseases. So, a patient should choose one out of 4 variants of answers to certain questions, which correctly characterizes, to a patient's mind, the value of subjective estimation of quality of life. A doctor should choose one out of 4 variants of answers to the questions suggested that correctly characterizes the value of objective estimation of a patient's quality of life to carry out further evaluation of answers in points from 0 to 3. Points should be summed up to calculate the index of conformity by the following formula: where A - the coefficient of leveling among questionnaires being equal to 2. In case of Index of conformity ranged 88-100 points one should consider the perception of quality of life by a patient to be adequate; at 87 and below - underestimation of quality of life should be stated upon and at the Index of conformity being 101 and higher - overestimation of quality of life by a patients should be concluded upon. The testing conducted enables to reveal the degree of divergence in objective and subjective estimation of quality of life fulfilled by a patient.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of estimation.
