SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical psychology. It involves a psychological testing of a patient presented with the questionnaire "Subjective Control Level" including 44 questions, to determine a general internality score. If the internality score is within 0 to 22 points, a patient is related to a first group of rehabilitation and prescribed with a course of rational psychotherapy and a course of antidepressants; the score within 23 to 32 points refers the patient to a second group and requires a course of rational psychotherapy and training physiotherapy exercises with gradual increase of diseased joint load; if the score is 33 to 44 points, the patient is related to the third group and go through a course of rational psychotherapy and a course of glucocorticosteroid preparations combined with local anaesthetics; besides, daily physical activities are preceded with warming-up of loaded diseased joints.

EFFECT: method allows higher clinical effectiveness in the patients with a noninflammatory pathology of the locomotor apparatus by determining selection criteria of a rehabilitation group by a patient's subjective control level.
