FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: in occipital area one should cut a cutaneous strip with hair follicles, donor's wound should be sutured. Then out of cutaneous strip one should form follicular grafts. For transferring these prepared grafts it is necessary to form micro-foramens in occipital area and at the top of the head, moreover, the directions of their canals should correspond to the direction of hair growth. Except this, for forming the foramens incisions should be made parallel to donor's wound. The innovation enables to prevent traumatization of grafts in case of their transplantation and remove ejection of transferred grafts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of hair transplantation.
