FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing such mononuclear cells of donor umbilical cord blood into patient blood which have a set of antigens HLA-A, HLA -B, HLA-DR, differing from a set of antigens of HLA-A, HLA -B, HLA-DR, with at least four antigens. The quantity of introduced cells is equal to 2,5х106-10х106 cells/kg of body weight per day. The mononuclear donor umbilical cord blood cells introduction course is 2-10 times long with 10-60 days long pauses. When introducing smaller mononuclear umbilical cord blood cells dozes, in comparison to known ones, normalization of clinical biochemical parameters is achieved.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in reducing hepatitis virus copies in blood and toxic or pathological immune reactions.
