METHOD OF EARLY MOLECULAR-BIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT GROWTHS AND AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2706714 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oncology and neurology. Method for early molecular-biological immunospecific diagnosis of malignant diseases (MG) or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) involves immunophenotyping membrane subjects of the hemopoietic stem cell (HSC) of the examined subject with subsequent mapping and profiling of the main protein markers of the membrane surface (PMMS) of the HSC of the subject and comparative analysis of expression values of proteins of the obtained profile (analyzed profile) with similar parameters of the proteome profile of PMMS of the HSC (normal profile), if as a result of the comparative analysis of the analyzed and normal profiles the overexpression of the CD81+ marker and CD38+, CD33+, CD71+, CD90+, CD56+, CD19+, CD28+, CD300+ and CD2+ markers in the analyzed profile is established as compared to the normal profile , then oncospecific PMMS HSC profile is diagnosed in the examined subject; if as a result of the comparative analysis of the analyzed and normal profiles, the overexpression of HLA DR+, CD38+, CD13+, CD71+, CD117+, CD90+, CD50+, CD19+ markers and overexpression of CD56+, CD61+, CD2+, CD7+ and CD81+ markers in the analyzed profile is established as compared to the normal profile, then ALS-specific profile of PMMS HSC in diagnosed in the examined subject.

EFFECT: what is presented is a method for early molecular-biological diagnosis of malignant growths and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
