FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of thin-walled shells from alloyed steels by pressing processing and rotary drawing. Thin-wall casings of alloyed steels are made as follows. First, the pipes are cut to dimensional billets, performing calibration, thermal, mechanical treatment and rotary drawing in one or several jumps with intermediate annealing of deforming tool in the form of rollers and mandrel of steel X12MF and 9XC with hardness of working surfaces HRC 58÷65. Wear-resistant fluorine-containing coating is applied on the working surfaces. Lubricant composition used is an emulsion of perfluoropolyether glycols in industrial oil.
EFFECT: high resistance of the deforming tool, high dimensional accuracy, structural and cyclic strength and high coefficient of metal use.
