FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry and can be used when manufacturing high pressure vessels (100 kgf/cm2 and more). Manufacturing method of metal high pressure vessels from steel alloys includes formation of diameter (forging) of the casing from a plate by means of multiple drawings (rollings) with a factor of 0.6...0.75, formation of walls by means of deep drawing, chemical heat treatment prior to each drawing process, high-temperature neck rolling, and mechanical and heat treatment. Final formation of length and thickness of casing's walls is performed in two steps by means of rotary drawing with total degree of deformation of 50...80%; there used is complex steel alloy of "12Х3ГНМФБА" type, and in vessel material formed is a fine troostite-sorbite structure with impact strength KCV of not less than 25 J/cm2 by means of hardening at temperature of 910...940°C with being cooled in oil or in the air, and by means of tempering at temperature of 490...510°C.
EFFECT: invention allows producing an item with high structural strength, operating reliability and safety.
