FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; devices for loading the ingredients in the extruders.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the composite thermoplastic materials and may be used in the industries applying the extrusion. The device contains the body with the feed screw and the arranged in it conical nozzle for the ingredients supply. In the extruder body there are three radially arranged annular grooves. In the grooves there are the inserted tools for introduction of the liquid or viscous ingredients. The indicated tools consist of the annular base connected by means of four guides with the extruder body. In the middle of the annular base there is the dummy annular channel, into which the conical feeding mechanism is inserted. The free rotation of the feeding mechanism is ensured by the bearing. On the cone-shaped surface of the feeding mechanism the screw type spirals are made. In the annular groove there is the freely rotating in the bearings bush with the internal cone-shaped channel and the screw-type spirals. On the external side of the body there is the inlet pipeline fixed by means of the flange coupling. The invention ensures the uniform distribution of the ingredients being introduced into the smelt and the extension of the extruder production capabilities.
