SEALING DEVICE WITH HINGE-FASTENED CAP MOLDED IN CLOSED POSITION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B65D47/08 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; sealing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: proposed sealing device has main part from one side with lower and upper holes on axial ends to be installed on neck of reservoir. It has, from other side, cap forming part with round ring connected with main part, cover made for movement relative to ring between open closed positions and connected with ring by connecting hinged device. Device has such form and geometry, that part forming cap can molded when cover is in closed position, and unauthorized access check is placed between ring and cover. Connecting hinge device is made in form of at least one strip first end of which is connected with ring, and second end is connected with cover. When main part cap firming are connected, and cover is closed, vulnerable zones of sealing device are located either in sealed closed space, or in contact with liquid, when sealing device is dipped in liquid, or when liquid is sprayed over sealing device. Said parts can be subsequently treated to remove liquid and provided disinfection of sealing device. Unauthorized access check can contains at least one element connected at one side to ring and at other side, to cover. Said check is made for deforming and destruction at first opening of cover, with subsequent division into first part whose first end is connected to ring and second end is free, and second part whose first end is attached to cover and second end is free. Such design of element and stopper provides spreading of two free end s sot that when cover is closed again, sufficient space is left between said free ends easily detected by User. Violation of intactness of unauthorized access check can be made more visible if main part and cap forming part are of different color. Said nondetachable cover is childproof. Unit has sealing device and neck of reservoir or reservoir with neck which is either empty or partially filled with neck which is either empty or partially filled with definite contents.

EFFECT: provision of sealing device in which ring, cover and strip and unauthorized access check are molded as integral unit in closed position.
