FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking into account dynamic behavior of specific and mean fluorescence intensity of CB45+-cells labeled with fluoroisothiocyanate after peripheral patient blood incubation with a physiological saline (control test) and a water solution of investigated substance (case test) with monoclonal antibodies directly labeled with fluoroisothiocyanate to general leukocytic antigen СВ45 and laser flowing immunocyte fluorometry. Specific sensitivity degree is determined by comparison of patient sensitization factor with normative parameters. The nature of detected hypersensitivity to substance under test(allergic, reaginic, cytotoxic, pseudo allergic) is estimated by dynamic changes of mean fluorescence intensity of CB45+-cells (lymphocytes and leukocytes)labeled with fluoroisothiocyanate.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in detecting specific hypersensitivity to any kind of water-soluble chemicals and drugs in vitro and its nature; reduced costs in making analysis.
