METHOD FOR DETECTING TUBERCULOSIS INFECTIONING IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIC DISEASES Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B5/103 G01N33/48 A61K31/4409

Abstract RU 2295914 C2

FIELD: medicine, phthisiology.

SUBSTANCE: one should detect the values of total initial IgE (IU/ml) and last year's Mantoux test 2TU(mm), then it is necessary to determine the values of Mantoux test 2TU (mm) on the moment of survey and the values of eosinophilic leukocytes, lymphocytes (%), IL-2 (IU/ml), total IgE in dynamics (IU/ml), CD4+ cells (%), CD8+ cells (%), CD16+ cells (%) followed by Mantoux test 2TU (mm) at the background of antihistamine preparation intake along with detecting its values to calculate two classification functions: G1 - the function value for postvaccinal allergy, moreover, G1 = 7 x last year's Mantoux test 2TU(mm) + 8.5 x Mantoux test 2TU(mm) on the moment of the survey - 14.5 x Mantoux test 2TU(mm) after the intake of antihistamine preparation + 2.5 x eosinophilic leukocytes (%) + 0.8 x lymphocytes(%) + 5.5 x initial IgE (IU/ml) - 1.3 x IgE in dynamics (IU/ml) + 10.9 x IL-2 (IU/ml) + 4.5 x CD4+cells (%) - 5.2 x CD8+cells (%) - 3.5 x CD16+cells (%) - 31.9 and G2 - the function value for infection allergy, moreover G2 = 6.4 x last year's Mantoux test 2TU(mm) + 1.1 x Mantoux test 2TU(mm) on the moment of survey - 25 x Mantoux test after the intake of antihistamine preparation + 98.7 x eosinophilic leukocytes (%) + 0.07 x lymphocytes (%) + 6.9 x initial IgE (IU/ml) - 8.8 x IgE in dynamics (IU/ml) + 71 x IL-2 (IU/ml) + 6.0 x CD4+cells (%) - 4.1 x CD8+cells (%) - 2.2 x CD16+cells (%) - 32.9 and at G1<G2 one should diagnose tuberculosis infectioning.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
