SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently determining blood erythrocyte adhesion by lymphocytes in smears from antigenic specific tubercular and nonspecific Schigella Zonne diagosticum. Adhesion object sums are calculated for each object type with rosette-forming lymphocytes and single-object adhesion lymphocytes. Specific lymphocyte adhesion index is calculated. Quantitative account of specific and nonspecific objects coming in adhesion only with rosette-forming lymphocytes depending on their arrangement on cell membranes. The sum of objects of different specificity is separately calculated in true lymphocyte rosettes and in diffuse rosettes and specific objects arrangement index is calculated which value is used for diagnosing BCG-vaccinal process or tuberculosis infection.

EFFECT: increased diagnosis specificity and unification.
