EXPRESS DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR TUBERCULOUS INFECTION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2367952 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology. There is offered rapid diagnostic technique for tuberculous infection. A patient's blood serum is analysed for monocyte count with receptor CD14+, petite molecular immune complexes (circulating immune complex 7.5%), neutrophil functional activity in nitroblue tetrazolium spontaneous recovery test, IgE, cortisol. The obtained immunological results are multiplied by factors corresponding to the active tuberculous process (the first results) and by the factors corresponding to the physiological norm (the second results); and if the total value of the first results and pathological process constant exceeds that of the second results and pathological process constant, tuberculous infection is diagnosed.

EFFECT: development of the technique which does not effect on the patient's health and allows for more rapid and automated process of obtaining the overall diagnostic result.
