SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably to experimental gastroenterology and refers to toxic chronic hepatitis treatment. Laboratory animals with pattern of toxic chronic hepatitis are administered intraperitoneal hyaluronidase injections at the rate of 1000 CU/kg. Injection is made once a day two days running.
EFFECT: method increases quantity of regional progenitor cells in hepatic tissue, providing significant hepatotropic effect and, as consequence, quick restitution of functionally active hepatic tissue.
