FIELD: grinding.
SUBSTANCE: rotor comprises driving disk, axles arranged over periphery of the disk perpendicular to the plane of the disk, and hummers fit on the axles for permitting rotation with respect to the disk. The hummers are secured to their axles and kinematically interconnected by means of rotatable ring provided with grooves for each axle and cams set in the grooves provided in the axles. The back side and the front side of the groove define a dihedral angle, and the back side is mounted for permitting cooperation with the axle when the ring is in the end position. The cam is mounted in the groove for permitting interaction with the back side of the groove when the ring is in the initial position and with the front side of the groove when the ring is in the operation position.
EFFECT: reduced material and power consumption and enhanced efficiency.
