FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: grinder-dispenser has hopper, longitudinal feeding conveyor mounted in hopper bottom, a set of beater drums positioned in front of conveyor and provided with cutting members, transverse conveyor, and grinding apparatus formed as drive rotor having grinding members. Grinding apparatus is positioned at discharge end of transverse conveyor and enclosed within housing equipped with discharge window and discharge branch pipe provided in upper part of housing and adapted for receiving of ground material, and adjustment gate for cutting-off pneumatic branch pipe during dispensing of material. Shaft of rotation of rotor is positioned along longitudinal axis of transverse conveyor, and plane of rotation of rotor is extending transverse to direction of feeding of material by means of said conveyor. Rotor is made in the form of two disks mounted on drive shaft with clearance in their initial position and equipped with circumferential pins which connect said disks with one another. Grinding members are pivotally mounted on pins. Material mellowers provided on working surface of disk first relative to transverse conveyor are made in the form of plates inclined to disk surface and provided with cutting edge at an acute angle to plate base. Second disk is fixed on drive shaft, with pins being fixed with their one ends to second disk. First disk and grinding members are positioned for longitudinal movement toward second disk.

EFFECT: improved quality of grinding stalked material and reduced consumption of power for grinding process.
