FIELD: electrical industry; mechanical engineering; production of the electron-beam installations.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the electrical engineering, in particular to the electron-beam installation and may be used at the electron-beam welding and the thermal treatment in the different branches of the mechanical engineering. The installation contains: the vacuum body (1), with which the triode electron gun (4) and the system of transportation of the electron beam bundle (6) to the coordinate table are connected. The system (6) is made in the form of the hermetic electron-beam guide housing (7) with the arranged along it diaphragms (8) and the magnetic lenses (9, 10, 11). The L-shaped beam pumping-out connection pipes (14) with the autonomous pumping-out devices (15) are orthogonally and hermetically connected to the anode flange of the triode electron gun (4), which have been made in the form of the cylindrical sleeve (16) and with the cylindrical wall of the hermetic electron-beam guide housing (7). The centering magnetic lens (9) is separated by the disk-type partition (19) from the focusing and deviation magnetic lenses and is mounted between the diaphragms (8) which are made in the form of the truncated cones. The space interval between the butts of the diaphragms (8) is equal to the doubled diameter of the central hole. These design features ensure the increase of the effectiveness of the production process due to formation of the optimal pressure drop along the electron-beam route and the improved mobility of the control, and also ensures the improved reliability and expansion of the range of the operational parameters necessary at unification of the methods of treatment of the products.
