FIELD: electron-beam, treatment of objects. SUBSTANCE: installation that may be used for electron-beam treatment of parts with working chamber and beam moving both vertically and horizontally including at low vacuum in working chamber has its electron-beam transport system made in the form of section mounted for translational-and-rotary motion relative to longitudinal axis of vacuum case accommodating triode electron gun whose anode is secured to butt-end flange of electron-beam transport section; current and beam-position sensor is introduced therein; gun cathode unit is mounted for turning through 90 deg. relative to longitudinal axis of vacuum case. Pole shoes of magnetic lens installed at vacuum case outlet also function for differential air evacuation from system. These design features provide for effective treatment of parts in horizontal position of gun and chamber and also at low vacuum within their treatment area.
