FIELD: heat exchangers and their vent tubes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heat exchanger has many tubes located in shell and arranged preferably in one bank, as well as several intermediate walls dividing the shell into separate zones; vent tube of heat exchanger passes through all zones of shell; it has many vent holes made across longitudinal direction of tube. Vent tube has at least one vent hole for each separate zone; number of vent holes and their diameters are dictated by purpose of heat exchanger. Mounting the vent tube consists in cutting heat exchange tube found at the bottom of intermediate wall and removing its section which is replaced with the vent tube provided with vent holes.
EFFECT: possibility of completely removing the second medium; enhanced mobility at extended operating period.
