SUBSTANCE: on the 3d and 10th d after trauma in patient's peripheral blood one should detect absolute number of CD8+ lymphocytes to determine the probability for sepsis development by the following formula: K= n2/n1, where n1 - CD8+(1·109/l) on the 3d d; n2 - CD8+(1·109/l) on the 10th d; K - the probability for sepsis development. At K under 1 in patients with mechanic trauma one should predict the sepsis development. The innovation provides the chance to fulfill urgent measures on sepsis prevention and treatment.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
