FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking venous blood from injured person and analyzing it for leukocyte contents, erythrocyte hemolysis magnitude, creatinine, urease, catepsine, malonic dialdehyde, glucose, ribonuclease, gamma globulin, albumin, gamma-glutamyl transferase contents. Coefficient is assigned to each item. All coefficients are summed with their signs. Total coefficient sum being in the range of -7 to +13, inflammatory complications of traumatic disease is to be predicted. +4-+6 interval being the case, complication risk is considered to be available. +7-+19 interval being the case, complication risk is considered to be excluded.
