FIELD: physics, possibly production of minerals, extraction of minerals from old industrial wastes and so on, rational usage of nature, reagent-free cleaning of sewage water by removing suspended matter from them for providing good ecology, for preparing drinking water for population.
SUBSTANCE: method for washing out gold bearing sands with use of acoustic waves comprises steps of preparing primary and secondary pulps at processes of primary and secondary classification by sifting. Primary classification is realized after disintegration; secondary classification is realized after main sluice at outlet of which natural agitation of pulp is performed. In main sluice of washing out apparatus primary pulp is subjected to action of acoustic waves by means of acoustic irradiators of sound and ultrasound frequency range. Said acoustic irradiators are arranged along length of main sluice and oriented from upwards to downwards opposite to flow of primary pulp. In addition beds of main and additional sluices are subjected to cyclic impulse loosening by acoustic waves of sound and ultrasound ranges. Acoustic irradiators are arranged in air medium with possibility of penetration of acoustic waves to aqueous medium along the whole surface area of main and additional sluices of washing out apparatus.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of extraction of minerals, including extraction of fine particles being main technological losses when clayey and frozen fractions are present in rock.
