FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of water purification.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of the water purification and may be used at purification of the potable water or the waste water from the ions of iron and the organic compounds. The method includes filtration of the water through the natural adsorbent preliminary incinerated at the temperature of 500°С for elimination of the organic substances from the rock. As the adsorbent they use the zeolite-containing (analcime) rock taken from the ingress in the Southern Tieman in the Republic Komi - the commixed mineral composition containing (in mass %): clay minerals - 62-68, zeolite (analcime) - 17-22, quartz - 11-20 - to reduce the permanganate oxidation susceptibility, to decrease the contents of the free oxygen in the water, the coloration, roiliness, to improve the organoleptic indicators of the quality of the water.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced permanganate oxidation susceptibility, the decreased contents of the free oxygen in the water, the coloration, roiliness, the improved organoleptic indicators of the quality of the water.
