SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially directing aqueous flow through magnetic fields with different values of magnetic induction providing optimal conditions for polarizing processes and preventing counterions from association. Apparatus has casing with cover, settling chamber, slime collector, partition walls, inlet and outlet branch pipes, magnetic system with magnetic induction increasing in the course of flow, and strainer-type filtering member. Method and apparatus allow clarified aqueous solution with stabilized salt system to be produced.

EFFECT: improved protection of water heating, water cooling equipment in water supplying and other systems.
