FIELD: building materials industry; production of the silicate mass for manufacture of the ornamental bricks.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the building materials and may be used in the process of production of the silicate bricks. The technical result of the invention is the capability to impart the uniform volumetric coloration to the product, the hardware product strength improvement, reduction of the time necessary for the process of the raw mixture quenching. The raw mixture for preparation of the wall products contains(in mass %): the dust- carry-over of the lime burning kilns - 10-20, the calcium chloride component - 0.5-1, the wastes of the hardware productions - 2-6, the ash-containing component - the rest.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the capability to impart the uniform volumetric coloration to the product, the hardware product strength improvement, reduction of the time necessary for the process of the raw mixture quenching.
