FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method to produce mixture for calcium silicate brick fabrication consists in mixing fly dust from calcining furnaces with additive, mixture damping, holding in maturing camera, conditioning to forming humidity and additional mixing with the following component ratio (mass %): fly dust from calcining furnaces 7-25, additive constitutes the remaining percentage. Used additive is ash from TPS of mixture of ash from TPS 15-90 mass % and sand - the remaining part, or mixture of ferrochromite dust 1-2 mass % and ash from TPS - the remaining part, or mixture of fly dust from cement kilns 5-10 mass % and ash from TPS - the remaining part, or mixture of calcium sulfate dihydrate 1-3% and ash from TPS - the remaining part.
EFFECT: process simplification and replacement of deficient raw materials by waste products.
