FIELD: agriculture, fertilizer production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fertilizer and method for production thereof from liquid sulfur and liquid urea melt. Claimed method includes effect on surface tension between two liquid sulfur and urea phases by addition of composition containing heat resistant C6-C30-fatty acids and esters thereof to produce homogenous mixed phase which is subsequent distributed and solidified. Additive such as myristic acid concentration is 5-300 ppm. Fertilizer may include inorganic compounds in amount of 1.0-2.5 mass %.
EFFECT: fertilizer with increased sulfur availability for plants; product with increased flowability without surface coating or conditioning with formaldehyde.
