FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing homogeneous solid material in form of particles based on urea, containing elemental sulfur, the method comprising the following steps: (i) feeding melt of molten base material based on urea and molten elemental sulfur and (ii) spraying melt in granulator with fluidised bed by means of spraying means, so that melt is solidified into homogeneous solid material in form of particles based on urea, containing solid phases of elemental sulfur in it; wherein elemental sulfur solid phases have size, defined by laser diffraction analysis and expressed as d90, less than 20 mcm, or expressed as d50, less than 10 mcm, or expressed as d10, less than 5 mcm. Homogeneous solid material in form of particles based on urea, obtained or produced by method. Homogeneous solid material in form of urea-based particles is used as fertilizer. Application of uniform solid material in the form of particles based on urea as animal fodder.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain particles in which elementary sulfur phases have average size of less than about 100 mcm.
