FIELD: fertilizer production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nozzle for the production of urea-sulfur fertilizer, a fluidized bed granulator with a nozzle for the production of urea-sulfur fertilizer, a method for the production of urea-sulfur fertilizer and the use of a nozzle for the production of fertilizer granulate. The nozzle for producing a carbamide fertilizer granulate and/or a carbamide-sulfur fertilizer granulate containing at least a conveying channel and a channel for spraying gas, characterized in that the conveying channel contains at least one separation pin, and the channel for spraying gas contains at least one swirler, while the swirlers include inserts, recesses, movable and fixed elements, moreover, the conveying channel and the channel for the spraying gas are located in the same plane with respect to each other and form a common outlet.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of obtaining a uniformly distributed granulate of urea-sulfur fertilizer.
