FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: spool holder comprises means for removing the antiadhesion film from the isolation belt drum with roll of antiadhesion film mounted on the axle set in bearings inside the housing of the cantilever. The cantilever is mounted on the pin of the flange of the housing of the holder whose spindle is provided with spool with the roll of insulating belt. The drum has floating cuts, ring-shaped compression spring, and clutch made of a spring-loaded disk brake. The drum is mounted parallel to the spindle of the spool holder and connected with it by means of a servo drive. The means for removing antiadhesion film is made for permitting its uniform winding on the receiving spool due to the tension provided by the spring clutch.
