FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has rotated body to be placed on pipeline with supporting-feeding rollers and holder of insulating tape roll with brake of tape tightening. Machine is provided with device for separation of antiadhesive film material from insulating tape and roll winding. Device has take-up spool, axis of which is parallel to axis of holder of insulating tape roll and is adjacent to this tape branch coming off it under condition of arc envelopment of film material roll on spool. Insulating tape end is secured on pipeline, and end of antiadhesive film material, on take-up spool. With machine rotating around pipeline, separation of insulating tape from antiadhesive film material on take-up spool are performed. EFFECT: widened store of process facilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
