FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: horizontal heater comprises housing with branch pipes for supplying steam, discharging condensate, and uncondensed gases , rotating and distributing water chambers with branch pipes for supplying and discharging the water to be heated, and pipe system whose bottom section receives mixing air cooler. The mixing air cooler is mounted inside the chamber throughout the length of the pipe system. The faces of the chamber represent the vertical guiding baffles of the pipe system. The sides of the chamber are provided with openings. The top and bottom sheets of the chamber are perforated, and there are hydraulic valves above them. The bottom perforated sheet is mounted above the bottom row of pipe of the first duct and is shifted toward the housing.
