FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: on the 4th - 5th d of a child's life in peripheral venous blood one should detect relative content of HLA-DR+ lymphocytes. At its value being equal to 12% or below one should predict the presence of insignificant abnormalities of cardiac development by the first year of life, and at the content of HLA-DR+ lymphocytes being above 12% - partial or complete absence of inconsiderable abnormalities of cardiac development by the fist year. The innovation provides the chance for prescribing up-to-date inspection and adequate therapy and, also, prevent unfavorable dynamics and the development of complications of the present pathology in small children.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
