FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has head, neck member, trochanteric part and pedicle. The pedicle is shaped as tetrahedral wedge with equilateral trapezoid cross-sections. The wedge narrows in distal and medial directions. Longitudinal parallel ribs are available on frontal and rear surfaces of the trochanteric part and the upper pedicle part. The ribs, are also shaped as tetrahedral wedges, have equilateral trapezoid cross-sections and their heights decrease in distal and medial directions. The ribs are movable forward. They are located in through slots of trochanteric part casing walls and proximal pedicle part. Small trapezium bases of their cross-sections are turned outside. Between edges Flat V-shaped plate spring pairs are available the ribs turned with their planes towards through slots in casing walls. The springs are mounted with their ends brought close to each other in casing bottom, each mating its rib. The ribs are fixed along the upper parts of flat springs with the greater bases of cross-section trapeziums. Pusher shaped as round rod with a through threaded hole is mounted between each pair of springs, in perpendicular to their lateral surfaces, movable and engageable with them. The hole axis is in perpendicular relation to pusher axis and passes in the middle of the rod. Screw is available in the hole. Its cut head is fixed in casing cover, rotatable about the axis, and protrudes above its surface. Pusher end faces are movably mounted in vertical guiding grooves on internal surfaces of medial and lateral casing walls.
