FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis contains pelvic component, head, neck, trochanteric part, leg, leaf springs, multidirectional coil springs, anti-rotation rod and rod. Rod has stops, longitudinal slot for anti-rotation rod in middle part and spherical bulges. Spherical bulges are located on rod symmetrically, on different sides of said slot. Leg is made in form of tube, which has through hole in blocked proximal end and blind hole - in blocked and sharpened distal end, in said holes with possibility of axial travel, installed is rod. Anti-rotation rod is fixed in tube wall. Multidirectional coil springs are installed on both ends of rod between blocked ends of tube and rod stops. Leaf springs are fixed longitudinally on internal surface of tubular leg in layers. In each layer said springs are located at one level and evenly. Spherical rod bulges have possibility of contact with prominent surfaces of leaf springs and their compression. In initial position springs contact with their maximal protuberance directly with rod.

EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of treatment results due to reduction of risk of endoprosthesis leg loosening.
