SUBSTANCE: claimed compositions contain 10-50 mg/kg of propophol prodrug of formula I and the second active ingredient selected from group of anesthetics, sedative agents, antiemetic agents, and antipruritic agents. Claimed method includes introducing of compound of formula I in abovementioned amount and the second active agent in specific regimes.
EFFECT: prodrug of low toxicity and safe sedative and somniferous action.
