FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wear-resistant cast irons. Proposed antifriction cast iron comprises the following components, wt.-%: carbon, 2.8-3.6; silicon, 2.1-3.8; manganese, 0.7-1.2; aluminum, 0.01-0.03; chrome, 0.10-0.50; nickel, 0.08-0.60; calcium, 0.02-0.06; phosphorus, 0.12-0.45; antimony, 0.002-0.07, and iron, the balance. Proposed cast iron shows enhanced modulus of elasticity and stability of exploitation properties. Proposed wear-resistant cast iron can be used in making oil-thickening ring articles working under large specific pressures.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of cast iron.
