SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: carbon - 3.2-3.5; silicon - 1.8-2.2; manganese - 0.4-0.8; copper - 0.15-0.70; nickel - 0.31-0.70; chromium - 0.02-0.06; magnesium - 0.03-0.05; cerium - 0.01-0.02; tin - 0.01-0.02; phosphorus - 0.02-0.04; calcium - 0.002-0.010; titanium - 0.15-0.35; zirconium - 0.06-0.22; nitrogen - 0.01-0.03; aluminium - 0.002-0.01, iron making the rest.
EFFECT: decreased susceptibility to fracturing, high hardness.
