FIELD: medicine, anthropometry, functional diagnostics, valeology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with elaborating specified diagnostic criteria of the standard. Normative values of pulmonary ventilation function in practically healthy people should be established due to carrying out anthropometric survey. According to the data of the above-mentioned survey it is necessary to conduct somatotyping in males and females by 7 somatic types: nanosomal, microsomal, micromesosomal, mesosomal, macromesosomal, macrosomal and megalosomal. Then comes spirographic testing to detect: VCexp, FVCexp, FEV1/FVC and other parameters. Normative values of pulmonary ventilation function should be determined due to static processing of the obtained data, spirographic testing due to taking into account somatotyping, moreover, the standard for pulmonary ventilation function should be established for the concrete somatic type based upon the complex of spirographic values. The innovation enables to predict optimal state of pulmonary ventilation function in practically healthy people who are the representatives of the concrete somatic type.
