SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect risk factors: the availability of family hereditary cases on allergic diseases and foci of chronic infection; neonatal, antenatal, alimentary, microecological and macroecological signs. According to concrete data it is possible to calculate the values of discriminant functions (f1, f2, f3) based upon experimentally obtained coefficients with the help of IBM PC. In case of its maximum value one should predict the chance for the development of atopic dermatitis in children and its complicated forms with secondary infection of bacterial and fungal etiology.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
