FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves translimbally irradiating anterior chamber angle neovascularization zone with low intensity laser radiation of 633 nm wavelength at a dose of 2.5 J or with wavelength of 890 nm at a dose of 1.2 J field-by-field at the first stage. Chlorine row liposomal medicinal form is intravenously introduced at a dose of 1.0-1.5 mg/kg within 10-15 min. 15-20 min later, after having introduced the chlorine row liposomal medicinal form, translimbal anterior chamber angle and a part of ciliary body irradiation is applied all over the whole circumference laser radiation in field-by-field mode within diameter not greater than 3 mm with 5% neighboring field overlapping by area. When treating, wavelength is selected to match light radiation absorption maximum inherent in photosensitizer in liposomal form, with power density of 40-60 J/cm2. 2 weeks later, the third stage is carried out as diode-laser transscleral cyclocoagulation treatment.

EFFECT: reduced newly formed blood vessel in angle of anterior chamber and iris; stable ophthalmotonous compensation; avoided inflammatory process occurrence; no need to administer repeated treatment sessions.
